Crazy Carl and His Man-Boobs: An Austin Love Story
(USA) RT: 50 mins

Director: Mike Woolf (In Attendance)

Also in Attendance: Crazy Carl Hickerson and Charlotte Ferris

Crazy Carl and His Man-Boobs: An Austin Love Story is an enlightening tale about one of Austin, Texas' most eccentric personalities who is still 'Keeping Austin Weird."  A hippie, flower spinner and perennial city council candidate, Crazy Carl Hickerson was on the front row during the decade that defined  the free-spirited and fun-loving Austin.  He is the perfect character through which to experience the cultural, economic and psychedelic forces that came together in the 1970's to make Austin, Austin.  Crazy Carl reminds us of the old Austin before it spins away.
